Her er de nominerede til MTV Movie Awards

MTV fejrer 25 års jubilæum, når MTV Movie Award-showet løber af stablen den 11. april.

MTV har netop offentliggjort de nominerede til MTV Movie Awards 2016, og der er mange store navne og produktioner blandt de nominerede.

Den film, som trækker flest nomineringer til sig ved MTV Movie Awards, er den nye Star Wars film The Force Awakens, der er nomineret i 11 forskellige kategorier. Desuden har Leonardo DiCaprio mulighed for at gentage sin Oscar-triumf, da han er nomineret til ’Bedste Mandlige Præstation’ for sin rolle i filmen The Revenant.

DiCaprio er desuden nomineret for ’Bedste Slagsmål’ i The Revenant, hvor han i en af filmens scener kæmper en heltemodig kamp mod en bjørn i vildmarken.

Udvider med nye priser

Som noget nyt udvider MTV deres award-show med to kategorier: ’True Story’, hvor filmen skal være baseret på virkelige hændelser samt kategorien ’Documentary’, hvor årets bedste dokumentar hyldes.

Her er dokumentaren Amy nomineret, som omhandler den afdøde sangerinde Amy Winehouses liv.

Nyt samarbejde med Google

MTV og Google har i år indgået et samarbejde, så fans hurtigt og nemt kan stemme på deres favorit til kategorien ’Årets Film’ ved at skrive ’MTV Vote’ i Googles søgefelt.

I de andre kategorier kan fans allerede i dag og frem til den 20. marts gå ind på hjemmesiden www.MovieAwards.MTV.com og deltage i debatten om, hvem der har fortjent MTV Movie Award-priserne.

Showets værter er actionstjernen Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson og komikeren Kevin Hart. De to stjerner spiller sammen i den kommende actionfilm Central Intelligence, og nu er det altså afsløret, at de har gang i endnu et fælles projekt. Og de lover, at showet bliver større og vildere end nogensinde.
